Since 2019, we have been working with Spa Grand Prix, promoter of the Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix.

The Mission

Managing the Social Medias and Content Creation of the largest sporting event in Belgium.

Scope : Social Live, Community Management, Live Content Creation, Graphic Design, Photo, Video.

In a nutshell

The Spa Grand Prix’s social live is a story of balance between reactivity and quality of the contents produced. Every year, we approach this mission with a creative and artistic approach. An intense week of emulation, constructive exchanges, collective intelligence and, of course, stress.

Specificity

Apart from the codes and languages of the F1 and Automotive World in general, there are many things at stakes during an F1 race. Formula One Management can have strict rules and processes that must be followed. Our experience and own processes allow us to seamlessly adopt these requirements and avoid any hiccups with the race organizers.

The Solution

We set up a multi-level, crossplatform content strategy to reach each and every target audience in the most relevant manner. Hardcore fans, families, remote youngsters... For each target, a specific content strategy that allows to live the Belgian Grand Prix experience to the fullest, whoever you are, wherever you are.
At the heart of everything, are the people.

On Instagram, the focus is on "reels" with a variety of formats: whether they were fun, slick, artistic or graphic, whether they showed cars or gave voice to the public, the only constraint is quality.
From dramatic production, to celebreties interviews... we let our creativity take the wheel and performance followed.

In 2022, we launched the official Spa Grand Prix TikTok account. We deployed contents in formats that carried the highest conceptual value and engagement potential by adapting Spa Grand Prix's tone of voice and objectives to the TikTok codes.
Less than a week and 40 TikTok videos later, the results went way beyond expectations and not a single euro was invested.

Facebook remains a platform of choice when covering large scale events such as the Belgian Grand Prix, thanks to a plethora of features and functionalities that allow us to engage and inform our audiences in many different, yet complementary fashions. Twitter also endorses an informative role in our strategy.
Bonus feature: we partner every year with Waze to manage real-time trafic and help improve on-site experience for everyone.
